You can view your purchase history on your Account Details page. This section can be found when you click on the account icon in the top right corner of the website. Once you are logged in to your account, you will see your purchase history and can click into individual orders for further details.
If you can’t remember your password, you can click on the forgot password? link on the login screen and an auto-email will be sent to you to reset your password.
Our fulfillment system is set up to process quickly so that our customers get their products as quickly as possible. Because of this, editing an already placed order isn’t possible at this time. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to either cancel the order or, if it’s too late to cancel, help you get a refund on any product you don’t want to keep.

In the US, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. We also offer expedited shipping on all US orders in case you need it sooner. For international shipments, we offer express, priority and first class shipping options.
